Nadir Brewery: Follow the Route
We are delighted to have added the craft beers of Gabriele to our menu. Gabriele is a young and enthusiastic master brewer who has found the ideal place to make his dream a reality right here in our region, and the Nadir Brewery is celebrating its first anniversary these very days.
In a short time, he has won over beer enthusiasts throughout the province with his simple, approachable, and well-balanced beers, each with a distinct character that is easily recognizable on the palate and nose.
Gabriele, with a touch of wholesome madness, has new beers in the works that will soon be ready… very, very unique and increasingly tied to his region and its coastline… this time, perhaps even with his back to the sea.
